Fred Reichheld
Fred Reichheld is a New York Times best-selling author, speaker, and business strategist best known for his research and writing on the loyalty business model and loyalty marketing. He is the creator of the Net Promoter System (NPS) of management. Reichheld is the author of several business books, including The Ultimate Question 2.0 and Answering the Ultimate Question, and a frequent contributor to the Harvard Business Review. He graduated with honors from both Harvard College and Harvard Business School.
