Lynda Gratton

Lynda Gratton is a professor of Management Practice at London Business School, where she directs the program “Human Resource Strategy in Transforming Companies,” considered the world’s leading program on human resources. Her 8 books, including Hot Spots, cover the link between business and HR strategy. Gratton is a Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources as well as the World Economic Forum, and has chaired the WEG Council of Leadership.
