She is currently adjunct assistant professor of leadership in the University of Richmond School of Professional and Continuing Studies. A popular speaker and blogger, she is the author of 7 Lenses: Learning the Principles and Practices of Ethical Leadership.
Lisa is a globally recognized innovation leader and futurist. She is the founder and CEO of futurethink, which enables organizations to kill complexity, create space for innovation, and get to the work that matters.
